CAREER ADVANCEMENT
- Apprentice: Learn a craft while getting paid
- Journeyworker: Opportunities to work not only in the state of Wisconsin, but United States and Canada
- Foreman: Be able to run a crew of workers, read prints, job site planning, ordering materials, etc.
- Superintendent: Ordering materials, placing of manpower on multiple sites, etc.
- General Superintendent: Leader of multiple trades on a job site, daily planning with different trades
- Project Estimator: Be able to take measurements, calculate, give total numbers to estimate total dollars per project
- Union Contractor: Be your own boss
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 17+ Years Old
- High School Degree or Equivalent (GED)
- Valid Driver's License
- Passing Test Scores:
- High School Minimum ACT Scores: 15 in Reading & 14 in Arithmetic
- Next Gen Accuplacer: 240 in Reading & 220 in Arithmetic
